01What You Can Ask For

• Access — a summary of the personal data we hold about you, what we do with it, and everyone we have shared it with (Act s. 11).
• Correction — fix anything inaccurate, incomplete or out of date (s. 12).
• Erasure — have your data deleted (s. 12(3)). It leaves active use immediately and is permanently deleted at the end of the one-year minimum the DPDP Rules require; we tell you the date.
• Withdraw consent — stop any processing based on your consent, at any time, as easily as you gave it (s. 6(4)).
• Nominate — name someone to exercise these rights for you if you die or become incapacitated (s. 14).
• Grievance — raise any concern about how we handle your data (s. 13).

02How It Works

• Send the form below with the email address you used on our website. That address is how we find your records (DPDP Rules, Rule 14(1)).
• Open the verification link we email to that address. We act only on verified requests, so nobody else can see or delete your data.
• Our Grievance Officer, Dax Panara, handles the request and replies within 30 days — the Rules allow up to 90. The reply always includes the officer's contact details.
• If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India, and appeal its decision to TDSAT.
