Multi-system programmes spanning several plants or legacy PLC integrations typically run 4–9 months, delivered in phases so one line or facility goes live and proves value before the rollout extends further.

Should our manufacturing data stay on-premises or move to the cloud?

Many plants keep operational technology — PLCs, SCADA, and safety systems — on isolated on-premises networks, while sending aggregated production and quality data to the cloud for reporting and analytics. We design integrations that respect that OT/IT separation rather than forcing everything onto one network. The right split depends on your plant's security policies and any sector-specific regulations, so we recommend confirming the approach with your own IT and compliance team.

Can you integrate with our existing ERP, MES, or PLC systems?
