What we collect
Your name, the email address you used with us, the type of request and what you write. We also record the time and your IP address.
Why we collect it
To verify that the request comes from the holder of that email address, locate your records, act on your request and reply to you — nothing else.
Who processes it
Our Grievance Officer and the staff who act on the request; Render (application hosting), Neon (database hosting) and Resend (email delivery).
How long we keep it
One year after your request is resolved, then it is deleted.
Your rights
Withdraw consent or ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing privacy@ramesttechnolabs.com, or escalate to the Data Protection Board of India. We reply within 30 days.
