What we collect
Your name, email address, phone number, company name and the message you write. We also record the time of submission, your IP address, approximate country, browser type and a Google reCAPTCHA spam score.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask, prepare a proposal for web, app, UI/UX or AI development services. We use it for nothing else. This form is intended for individuals aged 18 and above.
Who processes it
Our team, and the service providers that run our website and email: Vercel (website hosting), Render (application hosting), Neon (database hosting), Resend (email delivery), Google reCAPTCHA (spam protection — receives your IP address) and our cloud file-storage provider (named in the privacy policy). Data is stored on servers outside India. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Until your enquiry is closed, plus 12 months, then it is deleted. Records are kept at least one year from submission as Indian law requires.
Your rights
Withdraw consent or ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing privacy@ramesttechnolabs.com, or escalate to the Data Protection Board of India. We reply within 30 days.
