What we collect
Your full name, email address, mobile number, total experience, the position you apply for, and your resume with everything it contains. We also record the time of submission, your IP address, approximate country, browser type and a Google reCAPTCHA spam score.
Why we collect it
To evaluate your application and contact you about it — for the position you selected or, if no suitable role is open, for future openings that match your profile. Decisions about your application are made by people, based on the information you give us. This form is intended for individuals aged 18 and above.
Who processes it
Our team, and the service providers that run our website and email: Vercel (website hosting), Render (application hosting), Neon (database hosting), Resend (email delivery), Google reCAPTCHA (spam protection — receives your IP address) and our cloud file-storage provider (named in the privacy policy). Data is stored on servers outside India. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Until the position is filled, plus 12 months — or, if we keep your resume for future openings, up to 18 months after your last contact with us — then your application and resume are deleted, unless you are hired. Records are kept at least one year from submission as Indian law requires.
Your rights
Withdraw consent or ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing privacy@ramesttechnolabs.com, or escalate to the Data Protection Board of India. We reply within 30 days.
What you agree to on the form
I agree that Ramest Technolabs may use the information and resume I provide to process my application, including for future openings, as described in the Privacy Notice.
